InspireInclusion4SEND CIC is a not-for-profit organisation; any revenue we gain is used to reinvest back into the company so that we can continue to support the community. We do not apply a fee for our consultations, advice or support the only fees we do apply are kept at a minimum to ensure we are accessible for all.
The only fees we apply are for any documentation or templates we are required to draft for you upon request or attendance fees. Our general fee is £25 per hour but this may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis depending on the work involved, we will always keep you informed of any fees before proceeding with any work. We are committed to ensuring that our advice, support and reviewing of documentation is free through the consultation service we provide.
Our initial consultation will focus on identifying the support you need, discussing an action plan and considering any applicable documentation that may be required. There are no limits on the consultations, advice, guidance and support that we provide but please note that there may be delays as demand for this service is high.
With formal written consent, we can communicate directly with schools, local authorities and medical professionals on behalf of you and the child or young person you are supporting.
This includes complaints with school, the local authority, DFE and the NHS.
This includes any documentation from medical and educational professionals. We can make full representation to ensure needs and provision are specified and that report alone with duties placed on professional bodies.
We complete a full review and representation of the draft EHC plan, cross referencing all reports in section K and ensuring the local authority abide by their legal duties.
A written formal statement of our professional view as advocates, to support with schools, the local authority’s, medical professionals and the SEND tribunal.
This includes meetings with school, annual reviews and mediation. This is usually charged by the hour and will vary depending upon whether the meeting is in-person or virtual.
This includes ensuring all documentation is submitted on time, tribunal deadlines are met, the working document is completed on your behalf, and everything follows the SEND tribunal formatting keys.
We will attend the SEND tribunal hearing alongside you as advocates. This is usually charged by the hour and will vary depending upon whether the meeting is in-person or virtual.
We are SEND law trained to provide support and advice with all avenues of the EHCP process from EHCNAR to the SEND tribunal.
We are qualified in SEND level 2 TQUK. We can offer support and guidance with schools to empower you in ensuring that they are acting lawfully, ensuring that the duty and role of SENDco's is being followed, safeguarding in schools, the SEND code of practice and how that should be applied, reasonable adjustments, a graduated approach, as well as inclusion and complaints.
Qualified in understanding autism level 2&3 TQUK, through this we can offer parental or individual advice and support and advocacy support on the rights that specifically apply to autistic individuals in education, employment and society. We also have training surrounding PDA and the lived experience of fighting for support for and parenting a PDA child.
